# Airbus A350-900

The A350-900 is the original and best-selling version of Airbus's twin-aisle A350 family, built largely from carbon-fibre composites and powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines. Airbus quotes 332 to 352 seats in a typical three-class layout, though many airlines fit fewer, and a range of up to 15,750 km. Qatar Airways flew the first commercial service, from Doha to Frankfurt, in January 2015.

## Seats and cabin layout

Airbus quotes 332–352 seats in a typical 3-class layout. The type certificate allows at most 440 passengers — the exit limit, which no airline with a premium cabin comes near.
